Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: November 15, 2020

By using the services of SteadyHand Recovery LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

Arbitration Notice: By agreeing to these terms, you agree that disputes between you and us or between you and medical groups/providers will be resolved through binding arbitration, waiving your right to a jury trial and class action participation.

Customer-to-Company Relationship
By using the service, you are establishing a direct customer relationship with SteadyHand Recovery LLC for the purpose of accessing the platform and its non-medical products and services. This relationship includes managing your account and purchasing non-prescription products sold through the platform. You acknowledge that SteadyHand Recovery LLC is not a healthcare provider and that any healthcare services you receive through the platform are provided exclusively by independent medical groups and Providers.

Medical Services
SteadyHand Recovery LLC
provides access to healthcare services through independent medical groups, including Life Medical, P.C., SteadyHand Medical Group FL PA and others, as well as their associated providers (“Providers”). These medical groups and Providers operate independently and are solely responsible for the medical care and services they provide. SteadyHand Recovery LLC does not control or interfere with the medical judgment or treatment provided by the medical groups or Providers, who maintain full autonomy over the healthcare services they deliver.

Providers are responsible for following applicable state laws when prescribing treatments and providing care. By using the service, you may establish a doctor-patient relationship with the medical groups or Providers, but not with SteadyHand Recovery LLC. You agree that medical groups and Providers may communicate with you via the platform regarding your diagnosis and treatment, and it is your responsibility to monitor and respond to these communications. SteadyHand Recovery LLC is not liable for any issues arising from failure to read or respond to these communications.

Financial Responsibility
SteadyHand Recovery LLC
and the medical groups are not enrolled in federal or state healthcare programs. By using the service, you agree that all services and products are provided on a cash basis outside of these programs, and you are solely responsible for the costs incurred. Neither you nor SteadyHand Recovery LLC nor the medical groups will submit claims to any federal or state healthcare program for reimbursement.

Refunds
Refunds are not typically offered for partially used services or subscription periods. However, refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of SteadyHand Recovery LLC.

Subscription Services
Certain services may require a subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least two days before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting customer support. Charges will continue until the end of the current subscription period, and no refunds are provided unless otherwise determined by SteadyHand Recovery LLC.

Informal Dispute Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, you and SteadyHand Recovery LLC agree to attempt to resolve disputes through informal discussions.

Arbitration
All disputes between you and SteadyHand Recovery LLC or its medical groups or Providers will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will occur in Delaware.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware.
